Install the Logic Agents
Plan an installation of the Logic Agents, know what your administrator needs, and get users signed in.
Applies toDataverse
The Logic Agents are installed by your administrator. This page lists what to prepare and the steps at a level you can plan with. For licensing, contact Flowon.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”| Requirement | Why |
|---|---|
| Logic Composer in the environment | Every agent works on Logic Fabric projects. |
| Process Orchestrator in the environment | Needed by Logic Insights, and for business process content in the other agents. |
| Logic Foundry for the same environment | The agents read (and Logic Assist writes) your projects through Logic Foundry. See Set up Logic Foundry. |
| Organization sign-in | Users sign in with their organization account. Your administrator registers the agents for sign-in. |
| An AI model | Your administrator connects the agents to an AI model service approved by your organization. The same model is used for all projects. |
| A hosting place | Your administrator hosts each agent as a web app your users can reach in their browser. |
Installation steps
Section titled “Installation steps”- Choose the agents. Decide which of the six agents you need. You can add others later.
- Choose the environment. Each installation works with one Dataverse environment, through the Logic Foundry for that environment. Logic Context, Logic Guard, Logic Insights and Logic Sentinel only read, so they can point at production. Logic Assist and Logic Assurance are best pointed at development or test.
- Register sign-in. Your administrator registers the agents with your organization’s sign-in and allows them to work with Logic Foundry on the user’s behalf.
- Connect the AI model. Your administrator connects the agents to the AI model service you chose.
- Install and start each agent. Each agent is its own web app with its own address.
- Share the addresses. Give users the address of each agent they should use.
- Check access. A user signs in, and the project list shows the projects that user can access.
Signing in
Section titled “Signing in”Users open the agent’s address in a browser and sign in with their organization account. The sign-in screen is shared by all agents and shows the Logic Agents family name. Once signed in, the agent lists only the projects the user can access in Dataverse.
After installation
Section titled “After installation”- Per-project settings. Some agents have settings per project, such as Logic Context’s document sections or Logic Guard’s rules. Only people with access to the project can view or change them.
- Privacy of jobs. A scan, document, test run or build can be viewed and steered only by the person who started it.
