What the Logic Fabric documentation site measures, why, and what it does not collect.
This notice covers docs.flowon.com only. It does not describe the Logic Fabric product. Logic Fabric runs inside your Dataverse or Dynamics 365 environment; see the Flowon privacy statement for how the product handles your data.
Anonymous usage analytics
Section titled “Anonymous usage analytics”To find out which pages help and which need work, this site collects anonymous usage analytics with Microsoft Azure Application Insights:
- Pages viewed, with the time, browser type and approximate region.
- Answers to “Was this page helpful?”, and the comment you type if you choose to leave one.
- Search terms typed into the site search, including searches that found nothing.
We do not ask for or record your name, email address or organization. The site does not set cookies. IP addresses are not stored: Application Insights uses them only to work out an approximate region and then discards them.
Please don’t include personal or confidential information in feedback comments.
Where the data is kept
Section titled “Where the data is kept”The data is stored in Microsoft Azure (Central US) in Flowon’s own subscription, kept for 90 days, and then deleted automatically. Only the Flowon team that maintains the documentation can see it. We use it only to improve the documentation and do not share or sell it.
