Single-process analysis tells you how one process is doing. Portfolio analysis tells you where to spend your next month of effort. On top of both, an AI layer turns findings into concrete recommendations and lets you interrogate the results in plain language.

Portfolio analytics

When you analyze a whole project, Logic Insights produces a roll-up across every process. This is the view a transformation lead or a head of operations actually needs: not one report per process, but a ranked picture of the entire estate.

Clone detection is especially valuable in mature environments where the same process has been copied and lightly edited many times. Logic Insights groups near-identical processes so you can standardize them into one, which cuts maintenance cost and risk at a stroke.

Automation maturity places the portfolio on a recognized ladder, which is exactly the framing an executive audience expects when you ask for investment in automation.

AI redesign recommendations

For any process, the RedesignAgent reads the computed analysis and proposes a set of concrete, prioritized improvements, each scored by effort and expected impact. Because the recommendations are grounded in the metrics, the simulation, and the detected defects, they target the things that will actually move the health score rather than generic advice.

Redesign output is tuned by a per-project redesign appetite:

Redesign can be regenerated on demand for a single process, so you can explore a more or less aggressive plan without re-running the whole analysis.

Industry benchmarking

The IndustryBenchmarkAgent scores each process against a configurable set of benchmark dimensions such as automation rate, SLA coverage, governance maturity, actor concentration risk, process complexity, and documentation quality. If you declare an industry for the project, the benchmark is anchored to that sector instead of being inferred from the data, which produces a more relevant comparison.

Regulatory mapping

The RegulatoryMappingAgent maps a process and its controls to the regulatory frameworks that apply to you. The default set is GDPR, SOX, ISO 9001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001, and it is fully configurable per project. This gives risk and compliance functions a starting map of which processes touch which regulations.

Chat

You can ask questions about the results in natural language, at two levels:

  • Chat with a process to dig into a single process: why its health score is what it is, what the simulation implies, what to fix first.
  • Chat with the portfolio to reason across the estate: which processes are the biggest risks, where the clone groups are, who is overloaded.

Because the chat is grounded in the computed analysis, answers are specific and cite real numbers rather than speculating from a diagram.
