Logic Context

Overview

Logic Context is the documentation agent for Flowon on Microsoft Dataverse. It reads a project and produces a complete, enterprise-grade Business Requirements Document (BRD): a structured, section-by-section document that describes everything the project does in clear business language, ready to review, refine, and hand to stakeholders.

It does not export your configuration. It documents it. Each Flowon artifact type is mapped to a business-documentation concept: logic blocks become business rules, logic flows become system workflows, schedules become scheduled jobs, business processes become process definitions. A fleet of specialist agents reads each artifact and rewrites it into the kind of prose that belongs in a requirements document, not a settings dump. The result reads as though an experienced business analyst wrote it, because it follows the same structure and language a good analyst would.

Logic Context runs as a self-contained container with its own web application, connects through the Flowon MCP server, and is strictly read-only. It reads your project and writes a document; it never changes the project.

The problem it solves

Low-code delivery is fast, and documentation never keeps up. The system becomes the only source of truth, and the knowledge of why it works the way it does lives in a few people's heads. Then an audit, a handover, a support transition, or a new integration forces the question "what does this actually do," and the honest answer is "read the configuration." Writing a real BRD by hand for a project with hundreds of artifacts takes weeks, and it is stale the moment a maker changes something.

Logic Context makes the document a by-product of the system itself. Point it at a project and get a full BRD in minutes, grounded in the real configuration, with every requirement traceable back to the artifact it came from. Regenerate it whenever the system changes.

What it produces

DeliverableWhat you get
A full BRDUp to 11 sections, each written by a specialist that understands that artifact type
Business-language proseRequirements written for stakeholders, not a raw configuration dump
Process-mining insightsPersonas, happy and critical paths, decision points, and bottlenecks for each business process
Full traceabilityEvery requirement links back to its source Flowon artifact
A self-contained exportA printable, shareable HTML document with everything inlined

Who it is for

  • Business analysts who need a first draft of a requirements document in minutes instead of weeks.
  • Delivery and consulting teams who owe a client formal documentation at handover.
  • Audit and compliance functions who need a readable description of what a system does.
  • New team members who need to understand an existing project quickly.

How it fits the platform

Logic Context documents everything you build with Logic Composer and Process Orchestrator, reading it through Flowon Logic Assist (the MCP server). Where those products let you build the system, Logic Context lets you explain it, on demand and always current.
