Logic Insights

Overview

Logic Insights is the process-intelligence agent for Flowon on Microsoft Dataverse. It reads the business processes you have modeled with Process Orchestrator and turns them into a quantitative, defensible picture of how those processes are actually designed to perform: how complex they are, whether their SLAs are achievable, where the bottlenecks live, who carries the risk, and exactly what to change to make them better.

A modeling canvas shows you the shape of a process. It cannot tell you that one stage silently owns two-thirds of your SLA, that a single approver is a single point of failure across nine processes, or that the end-to-end timeline has a one-in-twenty chance of blowing past its target. Logic Insights answers those questions with numbers, runs a simulation to quantify the risk, audits the process against the standards your organization is measured on, and then uses AI to propose concrete, effort-scored improvements.

It runs as a self-contained container with its own web application, connects to your environment through the Flowon MCP server, and is strictly read-only: it analyzes what you have built and never changes it, so it is safe to point at production.

The problem it solves

Process owners and architects are asked hard questions they cannot answer from a diagram:

  • Is this process healthy, and how do you know?
  • Will it meet its SLA, or are we one busy week away from missing it?
  • Which stage or which person is the real bottleneck?
  • Does it satisfy ISO 9001 / Lean / Six Sigma, and where does it fall short?
  • Of everything we could change, what would move the needle the most?

Answering these by hand means exporting data, building spreadsheets, and arguing over methodology. Logic Insights makes the answer automatic, consistent, and repeatable. The same process always produces the same metrics, the same simulation, and the same audit, so results are comparable across processes, across teams, and over time.

What it produces

For every business process in a project, Logic Insights computes:

DeliverableWhat you get
Health score & risk tierA 0 to 100 score from six weighted dimensions, and a High / Medium / Low tier
Full metric setDozens of measures across seven families: structural, SLA, automation, governance, actor, path, and Six Sigma
Completion-time simulationA Monte Carlo forecast with percentile bands and per-stage bottleneck probabilities
Design defects & anti-patternsDeterministic structural problems and recurring bad shapes
Standards auditPass, Partial, or Fail against ISO 9001, COBIT, Lean, Six Sigma, and ITIL
Portfolio analyticsClone detection, maturity tiers, and cross-process actor risk
AI recommendationsPrioritized, effort-scored redesign proposals, benchmarking, and regulatory mapping

Who it is for

  • Process owners who need to prove a process is healthy and defend it in a review.
  • Solution architects who want to catch fragile designs before they reach production.
  • Transformation and continuous-improvement teams who need a consistent, evidence-based way to rank processes and target effort.
  • Compliance and audit functions who need to show a process satisfies a named standard.

How it fits the platform

Logic Insights sits on top of everything you build with Process Orchestrator and reads it through Flowon Logic Assist (the MCP server). Where Process Orchestrator lets you design non-linear, SLA-driven processes without code, Logic Insights closes the loop by telling you how well those designs will hold up, and how to improve them.
